A proper clinical checkup is required. Reasons could range from calculus accumulation to normal color due to melanin. Proper guidance is required. You can book a video consultation or visit my clinic. I will be able to help you.

The black and bluish tone in your daughter’s gums could indicate melanin pigmentation. This indeed cause gums to appear blackish or bluish in color. While nutrient deficiencies can contribute to gum issues, they are less likely to cause black or bluish discoloration. However, deficiencies in vitamins like vitamin C can lead to gum problems like scurvy, which can cause gum discoloration and bleeding. Please attach a photo for best results.
