Black dot on molar

I have black spot on my all the below molar tooth. O have not facing any discomfort or pain but I can see the black spot. How can o remove this as it is showing since past 9 years. I have need to do fillings because it is painful procedure and some time filled stuff remove from the teeth automatically

Hello These are superficial cavities. Not an urgency to get a filling done if it deepens then get a filling done

If u dont have pain then restore it with dental restorative cements.otherwise in future it will be more deep and will cause pain and after that u will have to do root canal treatment only
