Can I have intercourse 6 weeks after C section? Will it cause any issue? When can I start doing exercises after C section?

You can have intercourse six weeks after the Caesarean but it should not be in the male superior position. It should be in the sideways position.

You can have intercourse .also can do exercise but avoid weight training. Moderate exercise especially 30 to 45 mins briskwalk
