See being stressed out for sometime or sad about something is not DEPRESSION..But yes you appear to be quite stressed out...try to find out major stressors and solve them..talk to someone close about it... Negativity about self, future, environment is an integral part of Depression...But it's manageable... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...It will help for sure..ok
