Eat a stomach full dinner before you go to bed. Drinks less water after 7pm. Prefer to have rice in your dinner. Include milk and milk products like curds buttermilk butter ghee cheese and panner in your daily diet. Keep yourself engaged in work the whole day both in physical activity. And give work to your brain - it could be reading books or interacting with people. Limit the use of face book, WhatsApp and watching movies, TV serials.
