Bad Breath
I am facing problem with Bad breath. I brush twice, floss regularly also use mouthwash- HEXIDINE twice a day, but still can't get rid of the bad breath.

**Gastric ulcers
**Dental caries
In case of deposits , you need to go for Scaling (TEETH CLEANING)
For carious teeth , you need to for Teeth filliing

Bad breath occurs because of multiple reasons like poor oral hygiene,medicines, gastric issues etc. Pls visit dentist and get teeth cleaning done and thorough checkup done. Also it's not number of times u brush but how u brush is important.

Hello sir, Bad breath can be caused due to a variety of reasons such as decay, deposits, gum infection, certain medical conditions etc. I would advise you to visit your dentist for the better understanding of your condition and get it treated.

Hi,
There are many causes to bad breath..
It could be due to local factors present in mouth like (cavities, plaque and calculus, tongue coatings, bleeding gums etc. So, apart from brushing and flossing I would suggest you to use a tongue cleaner everyday. Also, please get the scaling (cleaning) done once in every six months. Incase you have any small cavities, then get it restored by a dentist.
Other causes to bad breath could be systemic like diabetic mellitus, throat infection etc. Hence its advisable to do a full body check up as well.

Bad breath also known as Halitosis can be very embarrassing. It is basically due to poor oral hygiene but can also be due to other reasons like:
- underlying systemic problem ( any other medical problem)
- due to stomach upset or digestive problems
- due to long fasting hours
- sometimes even chronic diabetes lead to bad breath. Etc...
So, continue your oral hygiene habits but get your full body medical check up also done.
