Correct your sitting position. Sit straight, while you do work in system watch straight - do not tilt up or down. In between work time take some breaks stretch your body, walk a while.
Pain around ribs or back may be poor posture. If it's not consult a general physician take a chest x-ray to rule out the problem.
Do some breathing exercises. Try yoga too - visit skilled yoga instructor.
Consult a physiotherapist - cervical and lumbar traction can be done.
Start neck exercises 5 to 10 repetations 2 to 3 times a day.
Back strengthening exercises: Lie flat on stomach - raise your leg straight. Bend backwards in standing position.
Precautions : Do not bend forward, avoid stair climbing. Do not use pillow, instead of that use cervical /neck pillow or towel roll under your neck.
Yoga postures :grasshopper pose, cobra pose under yoga instructor.
