Hello Sir, I have been having back pain for more than a year, and I can't sit on the floor, feeling severe pain on the back while sneezing and feeling pain and fast breathing for a few seconds while lying flat on the floor. My job is to sit and do work for the whole day and no physical activities. Please advise what I need to do and which specialist i have to refer to...
