Back pain, spur bone

Seems like I have hurt my back joint while jogging yesterday on plane surface. Not able to move or bent.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Use ice pack for 12 minutes and lie down on the floor with knee bent for half an hour. Gently do some movement of spine rotation, knee to chest etc. You will feel better if not consult a good physiotherapist.

Take rest,use hot water therapy if no change go to a physiotherapist.

I thnk this is ls strain u do ice aplication to the area effected take rest  and see a good physiotherapist
