Hey I’m Sudeep and I’m suffering through the worst lower back pain I’ve faced and I’m only 20 years old. This happened almost six months earlier while i was trying to push a table and then did a pull up. Although I’m not sure if that was the problem cause it only happened the next morning and ever since has not left me. It really kills me. And it’s aways there while laying standing eating and more. I feel lioe it’s not gonna leave me, tried a lot of excercises.
