It looks like a myofascial pain syndrome. Just have to do back muscle stretching for 15 days regularly for 5-10 mins.

It is nothing worrisome. You can try doing simple stretching exercises and yoga. Perhaps see my physiotherapist at Doctors Hub or myself for further examination and treatment .acupuncture can also help in the short term
