Back pain after c section

Hi doctor After my c section i have a problem of back pain. Almost 3 months had completed of my c section . After lying down on the bed i face difficulty to stand up.

Take proper diet Walk regularly and do spinal extension and pelvic exercises

Have u been taking calcium and vit d supplements during pregnancy and now?

once in person examination is important in ur case. maintain proper posture and exercises

while getting up,turn over to one side n get up.. dnt get up straight.
