Back and neck pain

Last 2 to 3 day I have pain in my back and neck it's to high and I not able to move my back. So please give me some solutions

If you work on laptop and systems for more than 6-7 hours/ day there are high chances that your trapezius muscle gets inflammed reffered as Trapezitis. Take short breaks between work, with ergonomic stretches. Visit a good physio to release the trigger points and reduce inflammation, pain will subside.

It seems that your weak muscle of back and neck are recently giving up . May be They are weak from the long time but Doesn't give up because, you had not put them on hard work, but in these days , you choose to do more work and in result , muscles are going in a spasm state . Don't worry it's natural response of your body to prevent you from further my damage.

go to physiotherapy unit and ask to ease your spasm, they need to use hot pack and tens .

do some guided stretching of back and neck for 1 to 2 days and then start Strengthening exercise for weak muscle ( strength gain would be you goal to prevent same  situation further) everyone needs daily morning exercise and for you also. god bless you.
