Hi If the baby is not having danger signs such as vomiting, loss of consciousness, bleeding from ear, nose and throat then it is unlikely to be anything serious. But if swelling over eye increases or child is having any of the above symptoms, then you visit hospital immediately.

How many days back was the fall .usual danger signs are any vomiting more than 3 episode ,loos of consciousness,seizures ,ear,nose mouth bleeding ,swelling which is increasing in size ,irritability of baby .. If baby is normal now .none if theses signs are there .mild swelling around eye which can be observed . In case any increase in swelling meet a nearby paediatrician

First of all don’t worry As from your information- no vomiting , no bleeding from nose, ear : no other symptoms After fall swelling around will happen around eyes It’s better if you consult near by pediatrician for once eye check up
