Hi Please don't go for any kind of massage. It may actually harm your spine. If you want to opt for ayurvedic treatment, go for yoga instead. That will help you in the long run. But even yoga should be done after consulting an Orthopaedic surgeon because not all kinds of yoga are meant for you at this age.
