Is it safe to take "gokshura","ashwagandha","shatavar","shilajit" together for any 20 year old?

Every ayurvedic drug is used considering age , symptoms , time, prakruti etc etc of patient . Doses of each constituent decided separately .diet changes suggested.     So consult to doctor first.   
Next Steps
these drugs are mostly safe together .
