Allopathy don't hv a solution for PCOS, Hormonal treatment usually aggravate the situation & make it worst (as per my experiences) PCOS patients must switch to Ayurveda ASAP, but don't expect a miracle. You may see the changes in the very first month of treatment but the complete treatment takes 6-12 months time & the time may even be longer as per the patient's body type. I am saying this coz I m giving online treatment to various females all over India.
Next Steps
Please consult (online/offline) a qualified Ayurveda Dr. with all your medical records.
Health Tips
Use boiled water only. Stop taking any milk products.
