Ayurveda treatment for Back pain

Hi Team, I am suffering from back pain slip disc problem from last 3.5 years.  My disc L4-L5 shows minimal annular Bluge . I have started the Ayurveda treatment from last week. Dr started me Kati basti and Kashaya /Matra Basti at time daily. It will continue till next week followed by some oral medicine. However after 1 week still me problems are exist. I know Ayurveda will take some time. But still I want to know is this treatment will cure my disc problem completely or note.
