Good day, Kindly advise what is the best time to have avipattikar tablets for hyperacidity and gerd ...before or after food?Presently I am taking 2 tablets in night after food.If after meal how long after meal. Thanks and Best Regards.

use 1tsf ginger juice with one pinch of black pepper and 1/2 tsf honey all it mix well then use it twice daily for 1 month
