Hi, I have attached image of hip joint and report can you please tell me my current stage by analysing X-ray. I have also attached report but please make your comment on basis of radiology so that I can be clear about it. Different dr have different opinions. I have attached two X-ray for comparison. 1st one is one month old and 2nd one is latest.
If the patient has Pain over the Hip then it confirms AVN.
MRI is best for these early cases.
As for the Xray this is Grade 1, this should be confirmed with MRI as it preceeds Xray by 3-4weeks.
AVN progresses to late stages, seeking intervention early is best as salvage is possible.
