Hello doctor, I m suffering from avn avascular necrosis of hips( both) pls check my latest xray I had done and suggest me that is replacement important for me? Thank you

left hip is more degenerated than left. both needs THR. Single stage THR is preferred.
Next Steps
Don't delay anymore. Choose to live pain free, to become self dependant; THR is important.

How much is your pain ans handicap due to the same? You are quite young and all efforts to postpone the replacement as much as one can be tried.
