1. Consult a psychiatrist in person as soon as possible. This symptom needs assessment to find whether it’s anxiety-related, stress-induced, or part of another condition. 2. Ensure proper sleep and avoid stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, and late-night screen exposure. 3. Avoid watching fear-triggering or health-anxiety content online until you feel stable. 4. If the voices are distressing or telling the person to harm self or others, seek emergency psychiatric help immediately. 5. Support from family or friends helps until professional review is done.

Hello Sometimes, such symptoms can appear due to extreme stress, sleep deprivation, anxiety, or even as a side effect of certain medications. However, since you mention this started after watching a video about nerve problems, it’s also possible that anxiety and health-related worry (known as health anxiety or somatic preoccupation) might be triggering these sensations or perceptions. Please don’t ignore this. Try to maintain a regular sleep cycle, avoid consuming too much health-related content online, and ground yourself with relaxation before bed. But if this continues for more than a few days or becomes distressing, it’s important to consult a psychiatrist along with a psychologist to rule out any neurological or psychotic component early. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
