Attached USG abdomen report

Since 15 to 30 days, my first urine in the morning takes 30 seconds to start. Else its normal during the day. Very slight burning sensation after peeing. Doesnt irritate. I am non diabetic. I am attaching a USG abdomen report done today.  Kindly advise if any treatment and medication is required ?

Hi dear U are having it because of ur enlargement of prostate which is age related . This is why the urine is not getting cleared properly and is remaining inside as well which might later cause infection inside Please consult so we can discuss everything in detail and I can guide to with the treatment options as without treatment it won't settle by itself Take care
