I have attached my urine culture report
I have urine infection from last three months
Took cital syrup and antibiotics not cured
And increasing creatinine and paining in lower back kidney place.
Please help me out to know what's wrong

Report shows that you have Urinary tract infection (UTI).
Repeated or continuous UTI can be a reason for developing pyelonephritis ( inflammation of kidneys).
If your UTI is not cured since the last 3 months, probably you're taking the wrong antibiotics. The attached report mentions the antibiotic that can combat your infection.

Based on your reports you have developed resistant to few antibiotics due to which you your symptoms may not have been cured!
