Do ct as Docotor suggested Don’t worry about radiation as it is not much of an issue

Xray and CT use save ray of X ray but A CT scan, or computed tomography scan, sends radiation through the body. However, unlike a simple X-ray study, it offers a much higher level of detail, creating computerized, 360-degree views of the body's structures. CT scans are fast and detailed. If your doctor suggested CT,  you should opt that. If there were any issues could have been caused to your health after the CT radiations, your doctor wouldn't have suggested the test to you in the first place.

If your creatinine is rising, you can't expose yourself to any contrast unless there's no other way to make a diagnosis. Better to discuss this with your doctor
