Does aspirin 150 mg taken from the beginning of pregnancy since ovulation induction ( 29 weeks currently) cause gastrointestinal problems ? Does reducing the dose to 75mg still serve the purpose of the medicine?

Some people tolerate aspirin well. Others may need to reduce the dosage to 75 mg. Both are being used.
