Your reports show two key deficiencies: (1) Vitamin D is severely low at 30) — you need high-dose Vitamin D3 supplementation (60,000 IU weekly for 8–12 weeks, then a maintenance dose), and (2) Serum Iron is low at 38 µg/dL (normal 65–175) — start an iron supplement (ferrous sulfate or bisglycinate) with Vitamin C for better absorption, and eat iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, eggs, and lean meat. Vitamin B12, kidney and liver parameters are all normal.

Please get these supplements prescribed by a doctor with follow-up labs after 3 months to reassess levels. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Regarding low iron,as your Hb is normal and if you don't have any further symptoms you can correct your iron with iron rich foods alone.  If symptoms needs iron supplements.
