Are these genital warts ???
I feel very itchy in these when i sweat or when i wear jeans but when i clean it or apply luliconzole it feels comfortable . Please suggest to me what this is . I have it on both the thighs and on my hips

From the photos it seems like you have fungal infection. Kindly consult a dermatologist online or in your city for specific treatment in your case. Till then keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes, avoid wearing synthetic clothes or jeans which increase sweating. Keep your clothes in hot water for 30 minutes before washing them
