Excercise/ walk for 30 min
3meals a day on fix time
Sleep 7 hrs on fix time
So mindful deep breathing twice daily
Don't discuss your thoughts with anyone & Shrug your irrational thoughts
Write thought log- your irrational thoughts
Do yoga nidra in the night
