For sleep issues, you may follow certain methods (sleep hygiene) to help you get better sleep. Using sleep hypnosis audio/video may also help. Sometimes lack of sleep is more an outcome cognitive activity or stress in such cases Counselling/Psychotherapy is best suited. In very severe cases of insomnia, use of medications is also advisable. Consult a Psychiatrist in that case.
