Hi,
Anxiety can be pretty debilitating and having to cope with feelings of not being good enough or fear of making mistakes must be quite tough for you. I can only imagine how you manage to get from one day to another.
The good part is that you have insight about your problem and are seeking help for it instead of letting it get the better of you.
The best approach would be to connect with a psychologist who can work with you in gradually addressing the different fears and anxieties and help you take charge of your life.
Many of these anxieties arise due to distortions in our thought processes due to which we view everything adversely and in extremes. A psychologist can help you deal with that systematically.
For the anxiety related symptoms like dizziness, nausea etc, you can practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing while reminding yourself that it is happening because of the underlying anxiety instead of seeing it as a separate problem.
Another important thing to do is to shift your focus and start noticing things about yourself that are good. At the end of each day think of 3 things that made you feel good, 3 things that you did which were nice. List your strengths. Too often we get too caught up in the things that are wrong and lose sight of what is right. Mindfully shift your focus.
Take care and all the best.
