Can anyone suggest me natural ways to calm anxiety as i am always thinking negative all the time which has affected my lifestyle and put me in isolation..

U can exercise daily. Meditation: lie down, close ur eyes, deep breaths, concentrate from head to toe for 10 mins.
Whenever u feel excessive anxiety, sit back, relax, have a glass of water, divert ur mind e.g. count backwards from 50 to 1.
Consult a Psychiatrist for medicine or psychologist for counseling and psychotherapy.
I recommend you to do yoga & exercise on a daily basis. You can use some relaxation techniques to deal with it. Incase if it doesn’t help you then please consult a professional who can teach you how to deal with negative thoughts.
