Practice yoga, listen to music, meditation and relaxation technique. Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Limit alcohol and caffeine. Get enough sleep.  Exercise daily. Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary. Accept that you cannot control everything. Maintain a positive attitude. Get involved socially Learn what triggers your anxiety.  Talk to someone.
