Since you have been feeling frustrated, have mood swings with anger outbursts & anxiety with occasional thoughts of suicide since the past 3-4 years, you will need to visit a psychiatrist  who will assess in detail about the circumstances & stressors, personality pattern, any depression or anxiety disorder. Counselling &/or medication can help you manage your emotions & anxiety in a better way so that your interpersonal relations are not disturbed.
