I am suffering from anxiety heart palpitations. It's been a year since I had anxiety symptoms and I've tried different anxiety medications but didn't see any results. I have also been taking ashwagandha and doing exercise to improve my condition. Please help me to solve my problem.

Kindly consult a clinical psychologist for psychotherapy because apart from medications psychotherapy plays a important role in management of the problems.

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient and also there is a need for Mental status examination to make a final diagnosis. Management is according to the diagnosis. There is a need for basic blood investigations and ECG to be done to rule out medical illnesses. Don’t worry. Be positive in your thoughts. Do Basic Yoga exercises. Adequate sleep and healthy diet is also needed.
Next Steps
In addition, do take the advice from a mental health professional.
