During an anxiety attack, it is very important to break the wishes cycle by trying to concentrate on something else besides the way you feel at this certain moment.
1. Engage in conversation with someone
2. Paint or draw, knitting help too.
3. Clean your house or yard - works all the time! the harder you work the fastest your anxiety will disappear!
4. Every time I feel anxiety I take my bunny rabbit and hold him close to my chest. It helps me a lot. I am not sure of the science behind it though! My educated guess would be Feeling Love and feeling Loved is the key.
5. Drink a little bit of alcohol. This is historically proven anxiety relief.
6. Go to bed, relax and sleep. Sleeping cures many problems.
