Anxiety due to COVID
Had a history of depression and anxiety 10years back which got relapsed in 2018. Was in treatment for almost a year. Have been experiencing mood swings and anxiety due to the current lockdown specially during the evening I.e 6-9.30 pm.
I have completely stopped reading the updates and news but if I overhear something or watch something on what app related to COViD I get this feeling

These are tough times and it is bound to produce stress in people - more so in vulnerable or persons with predispositions. You have a past history of depression and anxiety - these have a tendency to reoccur.
