Anxiety disorder

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months and is taking medication for the same. My pulse rate is always high and I use to check my BP frequently when at home but it is always normal but pulse rate is high sometimes at max 102. I want to ask if it is normal and how long will it go like this?
