Anxiety symptoms are the following;
Palpitations, tremors, sweating, tingling, headache, chest discomfort, breathlessness, stomach upset etc.
Panic attack is when the above symptoms occur along with strong feeling of doom, being so scared and feeling like one is going to die or something bad will happen.
In any case it may require treatment.
Avoid caffeinated drinks as it can trigger or worsen anxiety symptoms.
Try relaxation and breathing exercises to help reduce anxiety.
