I try to be as positive as I can but as I get into a situation which is out of my comfort zone, there's bloating and gas in my stomach and I fear farting mistakenly (embarassing, pleas don't judge me). I hope I don't have IBS. I have interviews to clear and currently my mental state I don't know maybe it's not stable and I have to consult a counselor too. But before counselor I'm on my own. Please can you tell me how do I calm myself down and not panic? I cleary am chill right now but in that situation the tables turn. sorry for the rant! Do you have anything to help or suggest?

Till then you can practise breathing techniques for relaxation, engage in some form of physical exercise.
