I am 29 year old overweight suffering with anxiety recently I am having nerve pains on my left hand wrist and left feet.I am on medication for anxiety now sometimes I have left side chest pain.is that because of anxiety or gastric.i am a housewife with two kids.just house works are my activity.i do meditate sometime thats all.do I need to take any particular food or any changes in my lifestyle
