I have been suffering from anxiety and stress from one year. I was diagnosed with attention deficiency disorder last year by NIMHANS. Currently I have rare anxiety attacks and sleeping difficulties.

Are you on any medicine for ADHD ?  If yes then which one ? It may be a side effect of the medicine. Please consult the doctor at NIMHANS or someone else - whatever suits you but don't self medicate. It can be dangerous.

Hello U can take tab nexito 5mgs after lunch Also take tab betacap 10mgs twice a day Do relaxation exercise which will help u stay calm
