I am suffering from anus itching please tell me whom I need to contact. it become worse at night. Help me

You have pruritus ano. Usually it is due to application of cosmetic to anal area like lotion or even soaps or shower gels or liquid handwash and so on. If you are doing so then you need to stop it.
