Is anterior pelvic tilt curable , how should be the sleeping position and what exercises should be done in daily life to have back normal pelvic.

Anterior pelvic tilt is just a position of hip girdle. Just like you can move neck in different positions you can change the position of pelvis as well. Exercise to improve Anterior pelvic tilt. Leg raise with abdominal bracing TRX knee to chest TRX pikes Planks Quadriceps and psoas stretch

Hello..Gm...  u should strengthen ur abdominal muscles to correct anterior pelvic tilt.. U should sleep on back keeping pillows under knees or hips.

Hello. If muscle are shortened or contracture occurred it is not reversible. But should maintain proper function and remaimimg length of the muscle. In case of tight muscle therapy protocol remain almost same. Stretching of hip flexor and trunk extensor (lower back). Strengthening of hip extensor (hams +glute)  and abdominal muscle. Core strengthening exercises. Spinal stabilization exercise. Postural care . Pelvic posterior tilt exercise.

if you sleep in supine then apply pillow below thigh and knee so that there will be no gap between lumber area and bed and spine become straight.
