Ankylosing spondylitis. Pain in the spinal .Not able to move and even sit up. Problem in doing normal day to day activities

Regular physical therapy with chest exercises required. Nose constantly. Get ESR , ANA , HLAB27, CRP and CBC done up and review. Get pelvis with hips and Lower- Dorsal back exercises done up.
