Hi, A few hours ago, ankle got twisted while playing football. Doctor in sharjah said surgery is required. Attached are the xray copies. Surgery is being planned in India. Please suggest me with the severity of the issue, immediate action to be taken.

There is a ankle fracture discloation with a trimalleolar fracture. Get you ankle reduced and slab put up. Surgery required 100%. Keep foot elevated and apply Ice. The matter is serious and surgery should be done at the earliest.
