Ankle sprain

This is the second time my ankle got sprained , there was small swelling and bit pain so I ignored it ,but now it's been 1 and half month it is giving me pain, could you please suggest what should I do to fix it asap.xray are normal.

Need to see x-ray films to rule out fracture and Mostly this might be a ligamentous injury also

Sometimes ankle sprain is associated with ligament tears most common being ATFL tear. Thorough clinical examination & further investigations like MRI may be required for evaluation.
