Several reasons for your pain. I recommend you to get an X-ray done to make sure that you do not have a calcaneal spur . It is just Plantar fasciitis. one more thing that i ll suggest you is to make sure you don't wear a shoe which has (1) heels and (2) HARD INSOLE.
If any of the case is there you may change to a running shoe which is comfortable and also absorbs the shock (Skechers GoWalk3 , Nike Free, Reebok twistform, etc..) or in case FORMAL shoe is a choice you may buy a size bigger and add a SILICON INSOLE which offers good padding on heel area. and If your pHysiotherapy only included hotpack and stretching you have missed a lot. i recommend you go to some better physio.
