There seems to be a fracture of Distal end of fibula. Kindly upload lateral, mortise view x-ray of ankle joint for further evaluation.

icing, limb of elevation , immobilization in a pop slab for prevention of further swelling.
Health Tips
A maintained ankle joint and a normal fibular length is a good prognostic marker in this x-ray and this can very well be managed with POP back slab till swelling subsides typically 7-10 days followed by a Below knee PoP cast for 5 weeks.
