Your symptoms are suggestive of ligament strain/tear of the knee and Achilles strain. To confirm this diagnosis you will require an MRI. I would advise you to visit the orthopedician so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as X-Ray, MRI, etc to find the underlying causes and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help:
- Apply a crepe bandage over the ankle and knee for immobilization and support
- Try not to apply pressure over the right leg
- Apply ice over the area for 15 minutes 4 times a day
- Keep the leg raised while sitting and while sleeping keep 2 pillows underneath the leg to keep it raised.
- Apply a hot water bag to the area where it's hurting to relax the muscles and apply the topical painkiller over the area and lightly massage.
If the problem persists or worsens visit the orthopedician at the earliest.
